Today has been a B day. Big day of Brandin and going to Bozeman! Chaney Maubry and I got up Bright and early at 445 to leave at 515 this morning. Maubry and I dropped Chaney off to help some friends from college at a branding and Maubry and I headed to Bozeman to visit a good friend :)
After 8 long months Chelsea finally got to meet Maubry! :) (Chelsea married one of chaneys college roommates and I haven't seen her since their wedding in August) we had a fun day of shopping...auntie Chelsea spoiled little miss with some cute new duds that I can't wait to show off. And then we went to lunch and were again spoiled by our sweet friend :) it was a fun girls mornin and Chelsea loved on Maubry a lot and it was fun to catch up!

When we were done with lunch little miss fell asleep in the car so we dropped off Chelsea and headed to the big branding in Wilsall. We got a tad lost on the way up but once we found it and everyone came back from lunch Maubry LOVED watchin the action. She is so good with new experiences... Very serious... But good. After awhile she was talkin up a storm and loving watching her daddy rope and wrestle calves :)
She was a little overdressed for the occasion but thankfully we found a sweatshirt and some booties... She fit in better after that....
And lastly... When all was said and done daddy took little miss for her first ride on a horse and she loved it. She just loved the horse too. She petted him and talked to him and squealed... My was it sweet :)

It was a fun full day! Thankful to spend time with friends and watch Maubry experience some new "firsts"
I'm so glad you Bowen girls had a fun day with friends and horses and firsts!!!! I love you alllll so much.
ReplyDeleteWhy am I crying?? I am such a sucker....I love firsts too and this was so stinking' sweet. I love the picture of daddy holding her and she's looking up at him. I want to get my hands on her please.
